Need some help using equipment or putting together a routine? Our fitness staff are on hand from 7am to 3pm daily to assist you. For more personalized attention, book a personal training session for $50 USD an hour, the perfect way to fine-tune your regime. Staff members also offer spinning classes; check with the front desk for the latest schedule.
If you'd like to freshen up or wind down after your workout, visit the nearby Heavenly Spa, where you'll find a fully equipped locker room with soothing showers and a relaxing sauna and steam room.
The WestinWORKOUT® Powered by Reebok Gym is seven days a week for all resort guests. The entry fee is $10 USD per day.
